  • Supports all property types (approved by local MLS)
  • Customized criteria search page, search summary page and detail page for each property type.
  • Search by criteria, map or MLS#
• Property Display
  • Search summary page contains; thumbnail photo, list price, #bed, #bath, and sq. ft., address, broker or agent logo (or IDX / broker reciprocity logo), and a link to the property detail page
  • The search summary page can be customized.
  • Enhanced navigation (first, previous, next, last), Go to Page. Shows total # of matches in pages.
  • User determines how many listings to display on the summary page
  • Sorting by key “header” fields (ascending/descending)
  • Sort order of the search results can be customized

• Branding
  • All pages hosted by Arran contain the branding of the broker or the agent. If you choose an Arran framed solution, the broker or agent are responsible for the navigation and graphics for the primary site. If you choose a SmartFrame solution, Arran will replicate an approximation of the broker or agents graphics and navigation on all Arran built and hosted pages
  • Co-branding is available for agents to be co-branded within a broker site

  • The consumer can print a “print friendly” flyer from the detail page of any listing.

  • The consumer can email a family member, friend or anyone they wish. The email recipient will receive a link guiding them back to the property detail page for that listing
