Personal Notebook (PNB)

This consumer driven tool allows potential clients to browse your web site and after searching for listings they can save multiple searches and even save their favorite listings to their “personal notebook”. As an added value, the consumer can also subscribe to an automated email service that will email a branded message from you with a link back to your site to view the new listings that have entered the database.

The consumer is taken through a registration process the first time they try to save a search or a favorite listing. The system captures their email address and other contact information if they choose to offer it. PNB gives the consumer a listings portfolio to manage their home search activity all contained within your web site. PNB is an anonymous service but if the broker or agent wishes to receive copy's of the emails sent by the system we can modify your web site to provide that information back to you.
