Office/Agent Roster
A comprehensive, easy to navigate index of all the offices and agents within your brokerage.

Each office contains a profile, contact information with an email link and a complete list of all the agents that work from that location.
Search all agents by first name, last name, office name, group or informal name.
Each agent listing will contain their contact information, link to email the agent and a link to the agents personal web site.
If you have added Agent Pages to your web site solution there will be a link to the agents personal page contained within the broker site.
The rosters are customizable by the broker.

Agent Bio Pages
Add Agent Bio Pages to your broker web site and provide the public with profiles on each and every one of your agents. Agent Pages are also a great “introductory” web site solution for the agent that isn't quite ready to build an entire personal web site.

Agents can have up to 3 photos.
List as much information about their qualifications, Awards and interests.
List your motto, catch phrase or mission statement.
Link to IDXsearch directly from their Agent page.
View the Agents listings.
Brand the agent to the consumer with the “Make me your Agent” feature. (Requires agent co-branding service.)
Link to an agents personal web site.
Unique URL/web address for the agent.

Agent Co-Branding
Real Estate agents want to establish long-term relationship with their clients, and make certain they are the first call their clients make when they have questions or are in need of real estate services. IDXsearch contains an Agent Branding feature that allows an ongoing association between an agent and a client.

Agent Branding allows agents to “brand” themselves on every page of the broker's web site.
http://www.yourcompany.com/agentname (“Quick Connect Name”). This link will load the site and go to the agent's web page. From that point on, the client will see the branded agent information on each page of the Broker web site.

Open House Page
The open house page allows you to maintain an index of your scheduled open houses within your web site. The open houses are maintained through an Open House Admin page that allows you to select a listing from the IDX database, add the date and time of the open house and any additional comments. The consumer accesses the open house information via a link to the Open House Page. The consumer is presented with an index of your open houses displaying a thumbnail photo, address, date and time of the open house and a link to the property detail page of that listing.
