Automated Client E-Mail (ACE)

This Broker or Agent driven tool automatically sends E-Mails to your clients when new listings meet their criteria.

How does it work? You create a profile for your client containing search criteria matching the type of home they seek. Provide the clients email address and your set. You can even select how long you want a client to receive emails. You can add, save, update, or delete profiles at any time. The initial E-Mail will contain all the listings that match the client's criteria. The best part is the email is branded for you! The link will take the client back to “your website” to view the listings. You will also receive a copy of every email that goes out to your clients so you are always in the loop on your client's activity.

When new listings matching a clients criteria enter the database, an email will automatically be send to the client, branded for you. This email and any subsequent e-mail's will contain a link for the original search as well as a second link to 'View New Listings'.

There are multiple uses for ACE. Real Estate Brokers and Agents enjoy this feature because it has multiple uses, and prospects appreciate the personalized attention that they get from their agent that uses this service.

  • Prospecting - meet someone at a party, at the club or on the golf coarse that is looking for a home. How do you turn them into a customer? ACE is quick and easy…just set it and forget it. What better way do you have to provide a valuable service to that prospect that takes up very little of your time. No more searching the database and playing phone tag with a prospect.

  • Buyer client - eliminate the daily chore of sending clients the new listings. ACE will handle this all automatically.

  • Listing client - Having difficulty pricing a listing because the seller thinks their home is worth more than the market will bear? Use ACE to start sending them “like listings” so they see first hand how the competition is priced. If they won't take your word for it, show them the facts.
