Company Profile

Arran Technologies, Inc. (Arran) is located in the great state of Minnesota. We are diverse with respect to skill sets and can offer the client a “seasoned” individual/team to meet their various needs.

Arran was founded in 1983 primarily to address the specific needs of the Unisys MAPPER user community. In 1994 we began providing our customers with a wide range of web-based services to address their emerging technology requirements.

In February of 2000, Arran entered into an agreement with the Regional Multiple Listing Service of Minnesota, Inc. and five of their associations to provide information relating to real estate listings in Minnesota. Later that same year we expanded into the Duluth, MN and Denver, CO markets. Arran was one of the first nationally recognized Broker Reciprocity solution providers in North America.

The core competency of Arran is the ability to incorporate emerging technologies into a business model and provide leading edge solutions to our customers. Evidence of this is our success with the IDXsearch™ product. Through customer feedback and constantly challenging ourselves to improve, IDXsearch has evolved over the past two years into a nationally recognized broker reciprocity/IDX solution.

Arran's commitment to stay ahead of the needs of the real estate community differentiates us from our competitors. Through the use of an Advisory Committee, comprised of brokers and agents in the real estate business, we can better anticipate our customer's needs. To better serve the real estate community we have expanded our staff by adding industry experts to the IDXsearch team.

Arran Technologies is headquartered in Roseville, Minnesota with a second office located in Scottsdale Arizona. Our production web servers are located at Technology Alliance Group (TAG) in Scottsdale, Arizona. TAG is a full-service hosting provider that manages and maintains all of Arran's production servers related to real estate products and services. All marketing, sales, development, production and support functions are located at our headquarters in Roseville. MN.

Arran Technologies has proven expertise in systems design, database and application development and is a long time Microsoft Solutions Provider. We have provided innovative and effective solutions to a large customer base over the past 19 years.
